Cancellation
We
offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied
with any product you buy from us we will give you your money back within 30
days of cancellation. Notification of your wish to return goods must be made
in writing to us within 7 working days beginning the day after receiving the
goods. You can do this by writing to Rapid Resolutions Ltd (address listed
below), sending a facsimile to (01507) 604 359, or sending an e-mail to info@printercartridges.net
Customers are responsible for the costs of returning all goods and are advised
to obtain a certificate of posting.
Complaints
We
believe that the goods we offer are of good quality and we make every attempt
to offer the most efficient service we can. However should our goods or services
not live up to your expectations then please contact our Customer Services

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product or a refund will be given.
We will respond to complaints within one working day.
Delivery

Free
UK delivery with goods dispatched via the Royal Mail Delivery Service (First
Class Post) on receipt of payment. Items over 2kg are sent via a Courier.
Please allow 2-5 days for delivery (UK Mainland), however the majority of
orders are received on the following working day. For goods shipped to other
countries we regrettably have to make an extra charge, so please contact us
before completing your order.
Returning Goods
Should
you need to return any items to us then please contact our customer services

to obtain a returns code. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting
for all items returned to us.
